Cancellation Policy
Please understand that your appointment time is especially reserved for you. It is up to YOU to determine the best time and date for your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & TRANSFERRABLE. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the total. Cancellations less than 48 hours will have a 100% charge. We are firm on our policy regardless of flight delays, weather, illness, traffic, or any other unforeseen circumstance. All rescheduled dates are subject to availability. Unfortunately cancellations that are made less than 48 hours do not give enough time for my schedule to be refilled since clients book their appointments months in advance. We understand life gets busy, which is why we always send a courtesy reminder message ahead of time. Thank you for your understanding.
